Sgt:Maritza Cruz

Sgt: Cruz is the tough-talking leader of The Anti-Crime Unit of the NYPD. Recently she was partnered up with Maurice Boscorelli, well his regular partner Faith Yokis was off on personal leave. Bosco met his match well working with Cruz, she is more messed up then he is. She manufactures evidence, lies about confessions, threatens people with false arrests, and purgers all evidence. Sgt: Cruz lost her position as leader of Anti-Crime temporarily, when she was caught up in police shooting involving both officers Bosco and Faith and the death of there C.I. Noble who killed a drug dealer but Cruz was covering up for him because she wanted to lead her to the big guy. Bosco had Faith break into Nobles apartment to retrieve the weapon used to expose both Noble and Cruz as what they really are. This blew Cruzs deal with the F.B.I and got her in trouble by the department and ranked her down to Patrol Sgt. Cruz just recently got back into Anti-Crime.

Cruz is out to lock-up all drug dealers in a vegence, due the fact her little sister was addicted to almost every drug under the sun, and Cruz believes by locking up every dealer in New York will help another family never have to go through what she went through. Cruzs sister died in her arms during a bust in a Meth Lab.
